Secha is the General Manager at MWIS, leading the operational and financial management of the firm. She works closely with the board, directors, and staff to ensure the business runs efficiently and sustainably.

She brings extensive business and management expertise, holding a Business Degree, a Postgraduate Certificate in Information Technology, and a Legal Executive Certificate. Her focus includes financial management, operational performance, business strategy, technology and workplace culture. Outside of work, she contributes to her community through governance roles with the Mokau Marae Committee, and the Whangaruru Coastal Community Sports Association, and is also a registered business mentor.
