Juliet is a specialist litigator and leads the Civil Litigation Team, working mostly in the High and District court jurisdictions. She is a practicing arbitrator and Fellow of AMINZ.

Juliet provides extensive civil litigation experience and expertise to MWIS, specialising in commercial litigation and alternative disputes resolution with a focus on contractual disputes; negligence and other claims in tort; disputes concerning use and occupation of land including sale and purchase disputes, building disputes, constructive trust claims and claims in equity, lease disputes, neighbour disputes and for interested parties to applications for customary marine title under the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act; relationship and trust property claims and Will challenges under the Family Protection Act.  

Outside of work, Juliet enjoys playing bridge, watching rugby, boating and skiing.
