David is an associate in the civil litigation team at MWIS. He has a wide practice area including general civil litigation, employment, and family law.

David appears often in the High Court, District Court, Employment Relations Authority, and Family Court. He also regularly assists clients in alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation.

David is born and bred in the Far North and was educated at Whangārei Boys High School and Otago University. He spends most of his time outside work involved with his young family, including coaching sports teams and as a trustee of a local primary school
